Leslie has a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Millersville University, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Shepherd University and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland College Park. She has worked as an art teacher in an urban high school and at a rural elementary school. Most recently, Leslie has been teaching courses at a number of universities and providing professional development to inservice art and music teachers through her position as an arts education consultant with ArtsEducator2.0.
